Scholarship Terms and Conditions:

1. Students of 2025, 2024 and 2023

2. Photocopy of Student ID Card (KTM), National ID Card (KTP) and Family Card (KK)

3. 4×6 photo

4. Not currently receiving a scholarship/other educational assistance (KIP, regional government assistance and private donors)

5. Come from a low-income family by completing the SKTM or a certificate of low income from the faculty

6. Have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) for the Odd Semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year of 3.00

7. Make an essay about yourself as per the attached sheet

8. Photocopy of account book (front part with name and account number written on it)

9. MANDATORY to register on the page https://vas.vdms-scholarship.org/ers starting from February 10 – March 10, 2026

10. For students who have passed the administrative selection and whose status in the VDMI system is COMPLETE, please send the application files to the Directorate of Student Affairs, Universitas Airlangga
