👥 Limited quota: only 70 donors!
✨ Donor Requirements:

✔ Age 17–65 years
✔ Minimum weight 45 kg
✔ Physically and mentally healthy
✔ Not currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or menstruating (for women)
✔ Not taking antibiotics/certain medications in the last 3 days
✔ Breakfast before donating
✔ Get enough sleep for at least 5 hours
✔ Pass a health check from PMI officers
