Upgrading is one of the initial agendas of the Human Resources department. This activity is filled with speakers from the previous management and is arranged in games or materials. The purpose of the upgrading is to strengthen the relationship and to explore the potential of the 2020 HMA management. Furthermore, the upgrading is expected to form a character necessary for the future running of the organization. Thus, the soft skills of an administrator can be developed and enhanced. The upgrading event took place from February 14-16, 2020, at Villa Vinolia, Semeru, Prigen, Pasuruan, East Java.
