In today's era, individuals are required to develop their personal potential
to have opportunities for professional careers. This is due to the
increasingly pressing need for reliable and professional human resources (HR)
. Leadership and the ability to work together within an organization
are also key aspects for individuals to survive in the fierce competition in
their lives.
Therefore, training is needed to hone organizational and
leadership skills. This training is expected to develop participants' leadership skills
and foster cooperation among participants so they can achieve the targets set
by the organization.
Hima Ekonomi Islam (Islamic Economics Student Association), as an organization that requires professional staff, is committed
to continuously developing its individual administrators. This is the
basis for the Student Resource Development division to conduct a
basic leadership training activity called "SALE (Sharia Acceleration Leadership
Event)." It is hoped that this activity will create individuals who are capable of organizing
well within the Islamic Economics Student Association and become individuals who are
useful in making positive changes.
