RE-REGISTRATION OF UNIVERSITAS AIRLANGGA NEW STUDENTS ACCEPTED THROUGH NATIONAL SELECTION FOR STATE UNIVERSITY ENTRANCE (SNMPTN) IN 2016
It is hereby announced to Prospective New Students for the Undergraduate Program (S-1) Universitas Airlangga who were accepted based on the Announcement of the 2016 National Selection for State University Entrance (SNMPTN), hereinafter referred to as SNMPTN UNAIR New Student Candidates, that every Prospective New Student is required to take part in the re-registration process which is arranged as follows:
I. PRE-RE-REGISTRATION
1. Prospective new students at SNMPTN UNAIR are required to fill in completely and correctly the Registration Data and Administrative Verification (online) and upload a scanned file in the form of a PDF file:
Graduation diploma/certificate,
Temporary SKHUN / SKHUN
Birth Certificate of Prospective new students
Certificate from RT/RW containing information:
Occupation of parents/guardians (for prospective new students whose parents/guardians work in the informal sector or are unemployed)
Amount of ownership parent/guardian's house
Number of 2 (two) wheeled and 4 (four) wheeled vehicles owned by parent/guardian
Photocopy of KSK (Family Composition Card) parent/guardian Prospective new student
Photocopy of SPPT PBB home of parent/guardian of prospective new student in the last year
Photocopy of electricity bill payments for the last 2 (two) months at parent/guardian's house
Photocopy of STNK and proof of motor vehicle tax payment owned by parent/guardian
Photocopy of gross income, employment and position of parent/guardian from agency or place working
Photocopy of the Deed of Establishment and SIUP for parents/guardians of prospective new students who work as businessmen/entrepreneurs
Photo of the house in front of the parents/guardians of prospective new students whose ID number/block can be seen
via the website http://regmaba.unair.ac.id , starting from 11 to 17 May 2016
2. Determination of UKT (Single Tuition Fee) rates is based on data entry of prospective students
3. Prospective SNMPTN UNAIR new students will receive information regarding the UKT tariff after the data entry deadline on 17 May 2016 via the website http://regmaba.unair.ac.id
4. Prospective students print the Registration Data Form, Statement of Willingness to Fulfill and comply with the rules and regulations and decisions in force at Universitas Airlangga and the Drug Free Declaration Form.
II. SINGLE TUITION PAYMENT (UKT)
The unit cost of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) for the Undergraduate (S1) program for Universitas Airlangga accepted through SNMPTN YEAR 2016 can be seen at http://www.ppmb.unair.ac.id/web/site/SNMPTN
Prospective New Students are required to pay a Single Tuition Fee (UKT), according to the results of financial verification on 18 – 24 May 2016
Payments can be made at tellers at all Bank Mandiri, BNI, BNI Syariah, BRI, BTN and Mandiri Syariah branch offices throughout Indonesia, by stating the 2016 SNMPTN Participant Number. Payments cannot be made via transfer. Especially for undergraduate students in the Islamic Economics program, they are required to pay via the available Sharia Bank
To make a KTM (Student Identity Card) which also functions as an ATM, new students are required to open an account at one of the banks mentioned above at the Universitas Airlangga Branch in accordance with the bank at the time of the First Tuition Fee Payment (Odd Semester of the 2016/2017 Academic Year) after re-registration and file verification.
III. DISABLED TEST AND ENGLISH PROFICIENCY TEST (ELPT)
Universitas Airlangga Hospital on 25 – 27 and 30 May 2016.
Unair new students must take an English language proficiency test (ELPT) at the UNAIR Language Center (PUSBA) on 26, 27, 30 May 2016 and 1-2 June 2016
The schedule for health tests and English language proficiency tests will be given after making the UKT payment and can be seen on the website http://regmaba.unair.ac.id .
IV. RE-REGISTRATION
Unair SNMPTN MABA Candidates must carry out their own re -registration as new students of Airlangga University - cannot be represented to anyone.
Candidates for SNMPTN Airlangga University must dress neatly (shirts and shoes) and maintain order during the re -registration process.

shows original evidence and submit a copy of proof of payment of education costs. (2 sheets)
Submit a statement of willingness to fulfill and obey the provisions and regulations and decisions that apply at Universitas Airlangga which are signed on the stamp duty of Rp. 6,000
submit a free drug statement signed on a stamp duty of Rp. 6,000,-

V. PROSPECTIVE STUDENT RECIPIENTS OF 2016 BIDIKMISI EDUCATION COST ASSISTANCE
2016 UNAIR SNMPTN New Student Candidates who will receive 2016 Bidikmisi Education Fee Assistance, are required to attend:

Event: Explanation of receipt of assistance for Bidikmisi education costs in 2016 and verification of Bidikmisi files
Clothing: Be neat (shirt and shoes)
Completeness of files:
a. 2016 SNMPTN participant card, 2016 Bidikmisi participant card and Bidikmisi registration form
b. Completeness of filling in the Bidikmisi requirements files starting from form 1 to form 9, please download on the website http://www.kemahasiswaan.unair.ac.id
c. Prospective new students receiving Bidikmisi Education Fee Assistance in 2016 are required to come alone along with 1 (one) parent/guardian.

The provisions above are binding for every prospective new UNAIR student for the 2016/2017 academic year, if the prospective new student cannot comply, then the person concerned is considered to have resigned as a new UNAIR student.
