Personal Development (PD) 2020 is an event held by the Human Resources division Universitas AirlanggaHMA. This program aims to improve soft skills and motivate HMA 2020 administrators.

Personal Development (PD) 2020 will be held for one day on March 14th at the Soepoyo Hall of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga, which will begin at 07.30 WIB with participant registration. Then at 08.30 it will be continued with the opening of the MC, followed by an opening prayer and singing the song Indonesia Raya and the Airlangga Hymn. At 09.00 the delivery of material 1 will begin and continued with 10.30 Case Study 1. After completing case study 1, participants will get a break.

The second session of Personal Development (PD) 2020 began at 12:30 PM with an opening MC. The second session continued at 12:35 PM with material 2 and case study 2 at 2:05 PM, followed by games at 3:05 PM, and a closing prayer at 3:30 PM.
