Management Olympiad

The Student Association (HIMA) of the Undergraduate Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business,
Airlangga University, held the "Management Olympiad," a national-level competition
aimed at high school students or equivalent who are interested in
management science. This activity is part of the anniversary commemoration of the Undergraduate
Management Universitas Airlangga . This competition aims to improve
management skills, increase knowledge related to management, and hone problem-
solving skills of high school students or equivalent from an early age.
Today's high school students are encouraged to be aware and start improving their quality.
We must be able to prepare ourselves to compete globally. Intellectualism and expertise
are very fundamental, especially the ability to think critically to
solve all existing problems. The educated generation throughout Indonesia
must have critical thinking skills.
Therefore, through the “Management Olympiad,” high school students in Indonesia are invited to
start learning to hone their critical thinking skills in determining or deciding a
problem and determining the best solution that can be implemented in
life, so that they can later participate in helping improve the quality of
Indonesian education and benefit society.
