The “Management Got Talent” activity is an event that aims to provide
Universitas Airlangga Undergraduate Management students to channel and
develop their interests, talents and potentials, such as dancing, playing
musical instruments, singing, magic, reading poetry, and others. This event aims to
channel talents and potentials, as a forum to increase
self-confidence, as a means to express oneself, foster concern for
the development of talents and potentials, and strengthen the bonds of brotherhood among active students
Universitas Airlangga Undergraduate Management .
In 2020, HIMA Undergraduate Management Universitas Airlangga held
a competition called “Management Got Talent”. This event is open to
all active students of the 2016-2020 batch who have interests and talents, for example:
singing, playing guitar, magic, and so on.
