Cross-Brotherhood Hima EP 2020 (LPH) is an activity that aims to introduce the world of college to new students. LPH 2020 will be held online in six sessions starting with the Welcoming Party on September 12, 2020 and ending with Closing LPH which will be held on December 19, 2020. LPH Session 1 on September 26, 2020, LPH Session 2 on October 10, 2020, LPH Session 3 on October 24, 2020, LPH Session 4 on November 7, 2020, LPH Session 5 on November 21, 2020, and LPH Session 6 on December 5, 2020. The series of events Cross-Brotherhood HIMA (LPH) 2020 will be implemented based on several values, namely the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, and EP SOLID.

The values included in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education are education, community service, and research and development. The educational value will be presented through the Bridging program at the Welcome Party, LPH Session 1, and LPH Session 2 sub-events. In these sub-events, new students will receive materials in the field of education such as, academic information during lectures, scholarships, job prospects for graduates of the Development Economics study program, and others. The material will be delivered by several speakers, both lecturers and students. The research and development value will be implemented through infographic creation activities. By creating infographics, new students are expected to practice critical thinking and be active in understanding and conveying their infographics. Meanwhile, for the community service value, new students will be given the task of making a community service video. This task aims to implement a sense of gratitude or a sense of solidarity while helping the community in need around them.

The next values are culture, kinship, and pride. These values are sub-values of EP SOLID. The culture in question is EP culture, so new students will be given a more in-depth introduction to the Development Economics major. Material with cultural values will be delivered at the Welcome Party, LPH Session 4, LPH Session 5, and LPH Session 6. The materials in these sub-events will be delivered by Development Economics students from several classes. Meanwhile, the values of kinship and pride will be conveyed when welcoming new students majoring in Development Economics, conducting inaugurations, and other LPH activities that require cooperation and solidarity.
