The Human Resource Development Training activity is an activity held for all HR administrators of each student organization at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga which aims to prepare HR administrators to be ready to face their organizational members and be able to develop student resources through instilling the values ​​of attitude, communication, cadre development and leadership. By bringing in several trainers, it is hoped that it can foster the motivation of HR in organizing to create an active, solid organization and can bring a good name to FEB Universitas Airlangga.
