A work meeting or more commonly called a raker is a meeting of staff from an organization to
discuss matters related to the implementation of the organization's work program. For
the 2020 UNAIR EKIS student association work meeting, we will discuss the work programs that will be carried out by
EKIS student association during the 2020 period. This work meeting itself is one of the work programs of the
EKIS student association's Human Resources Development division which will be held on February 15, 2020, and will take place in the Soepoyo hall. The event will
start at 08:00 am.
This work meeting program was held with the aim of assessing the work program plans of each division in
EKIS student association that will be implemented, this assessment aims to find out whether
the work program is feasible or not. In addition to assessing the feasibility of a work program, the work meeting also
aims to solve problems if there is a deadlock from the related division, then other divisions in
EKIS student association will help resolve the problem. With this meeting, we also want
to remind the members of the EKIS UNAIR student association (HIMA) of the vision and mission of the EKIS UNAIR student association (HIMA) for the
2020
. This work meeting will be held in a presidium manner. There will be 2 presidium members leading
the work meeting and one person taking minutes. The event will begin after the MC invites
the presidium to start the event. The system of this meeting is that each division will be given 20 minutes to
present their programs (including questions and answers). For participants who want to
ask questions, express opinions, enter or leave the presidium must have the permission of the presidium leader. If
all divisions have completed their presentations, the event will be handed back to the MC for
the closing of the event.
