GRWE or Celebrate Ramadhan With Ekis is a program initiated by the
Public Relations (PR) division of the Islamic Economics Student Association in order to share with
those in need to ease the burden they are carrying.
Seeing how quickly the COVID-19 outbreak spread in Indonesia, and how big an impact
it has created on this life. With this pandemic, the Indonesian people
are advised to #stayathome. Work activities have also shifted to Work From Home (WFH)
so that economic activities no longer run as they should and have an impact on
several groups of people, one of which is daily workers.
They are always thinking "What will I eat today? Will I be able to eat tomorrow?"
In handling this case, medical personnel have also tried their best despite
being hampered by the lack of equipment needed to handle COVID-19 and
realizing how important the health of medical personnel must also be maintained.
In this program, we will distribute food to those in need and
distribute donations to medical personnel considering how important their services are.
Through this program, it is hoped that those affected by COVID-19 can continue their struggle, and that the burden
they bear can be eased through GRWE's donation. With Ramadan
fast approaching, we hope that COVID-19 will subside soon, and that all affected parties can
welcome and observe this year's Ramadan with joy.
