Business Performance Measurement

This course is a Strategic Management elective. This course deals with learning about the development of current issues regarding organizational performance measurement, through understanding the concepts and cases that have developed regarding the lecture topic. Studying the latest research for each topic discussed and the development of its application in practice, both nationally and globally. After taking this course, students are expected to understand the latest developments in organizational performance measurement in business through discussions of topics from journals related to performance measurement. Furthermore, students are expected to also understand the development of each topic in business practice through the cases raised and discuss the latest research through discussions of related journals. Furthermore, this course is very important for developing insight and providing inspiration regarding what needs to be done in the form of scientific papers and inspiring research ideas on organizational performance measurement.
