Human Resource Management Theory

This course is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the philosophy within the discipline of Human Resource Management (HRM). Various theories and philosophies within the discipline will be presented and discussed in class. Topics covered include the definition and scope of the discipline, as well as discussions of theories of motivation, conflict, power, culture, and more.
