Advanced Organizational Theory

This course is designed as a review and in-depth study of various theories (and research issues) in the main fields of Organization Theory and Organizational Behavior. The material focuses on several key topics, such as motivation, leadership, groups, power, structure and structural contingency theory, organizational culture, organizational-environmental relations, and organizational effectiveness.
