Zakat, Infaq, Sadaqah, and Waqf (ZISWAF) Economics (*)

This course is designed to equip students with an understanding of the role of zakat and waqf in Islamic economics and their innovation. The emphasis is placed on the management of zakat and waqf and their economic impact, while the fiqh of zakat is provided as an introduction and operational foundation. Students will also study the management of zakat and waqf institutions, both in terms of collection and distribution
