The International Summer Leadership Programme is an international leadership development program organized by the UBD School of Business and Economics (UBDSBE), Brunei Darussalam, from 22–28 July 2026.

The program brings together students from various countries to develop leadership capabilities, entrepreneurial mindset, sustainability awareness, and professional ethics through a range of interactive and collaborative activities.

Participants will engage in leadership simulations, cross-cultural workshops, design thinking sessions, social impact projects, and cultural exchange activities that foster global networking opportunities.

Through this program, students are expected to enhance their problem-solving skills, teamwork, and global perspectives, preparing them to become innovative and competitive future leaders.
