E-VOICE 2026 is one of the major flagship programs initiated by ORMAWA Economics Radio, Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Universitas Airlangga. The event serves as a platform for participants who are passionate about public speaking, encouraging them to sharpen their skills while fostering a healthy sense of competition among one another. Beyond that, E-VOICE 2026 also provides a meaningful learning experience for the organizing committee, helping them build leadership, teamwork, and event management skills, as well as expand their professional network, both internally within the organization and externally with outside parties.
The event is structured around two main activities: Competition and Talkshow. The Competition segment consists of three categories. The Announcing category is an individual competition featuring an online preliminary round followed by an offline final, with six participants advancing to the finals. The Podcast category is a team-based competition requiring groups of two, following the same online-to-offline format, with six teams making it to the finals. Meanwhile, the News Anchor category is also an individual competition with online and offline rounds, narrowing down to six finalists as well.
The second segment, Talkshow, marks a shift from the seminar format used in previous years to a more interactive talkshow format, guided by a single moderator to facilitate discussion and audience engagement. Through this combination of competitive and interactive activities, E-VOICE 2024 aims to be both a competency-building platform for participants and a valuable organizational experience for the committee.
