RE-REGISTRATION OF NEW STUDENTS FOR MASTERS, DOCTORAL AND PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMS ODD SEMESTER WAVE I ACADEMIC YEAR 2016/2017

It is hereby announced to prospective new students Universitas Airlangga who are accepted through the selection path for the Masters, Doctoral and Professional Programs, Odd Semester, Wave I, Academic Year 2016/2017, that they are required to follow the re-registration process which is regulated as follows:

PRE-REGISTRATION

New Student Candidates Universitas Airlangga are required to fill in the following forms completely and correctly online:
Registration Data Form
Upload scanned files of Diplomas/Graduation Certificates in PDF format, via the website http://regmaba.unair.ac.id , starting from April 21 to 28, 2016.
Prospective students print the Registration Data Form, the Declaration Form of Willingness to Fulfill and Comply with the provisions and regulations as well as the applicable decisions at Universitas Airlangga and the Narcotics Free Declaration Form.

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES AND EDUCATION FEES

Fees that must be paid by new students:

Registration Fee:
Registration Fee for New Students of Masters and Doctoral Study Programs is 1,085,000,- (One million eighty-five thousand rupiah)
Registration Fee for New Students of Professional Study Programs is Rp. 585,000,- (Five hundred eighty-five thousand rupiah)
Education Fee:
Determination of the amount of Operational Education Contribution (SOP), Education Development and Improvement Contribution (SP3) and matriculation can be seen on the website:

Prospective new students are required to pay registration fees and education fees starting from April 27 to 29, 2016.

Payments can be made at tellers at all Bank Mandiri, BNI, BNI Syariah, BRI, BTN, and Bank Mandiri Syariah branches throughout Indonesia, by stating your Postgraduate Program Entry Number. Payments cannot be made by bank transfer.

To make a KTM (Student ID Card) which also functions as an ATM, new students are required to open an account at one of the banks mentioned above at Universitas Airlangga Branch in accordance with the bank at the time of the First Tuition Fee Payment (Odd Semester of the 2016/2017 Academic Year) after re-registration.

 

RE-REGISTRATION

Prospective new students of Unair must carry out their own re-registration as new students of UNAIR – cannot be represented by anyone.
Prospective new students of Unair must be dressed neatly (not allowed to wear shirts without collars), wear shoes and maintain order during the Re-Registration Process.
Re-Registration must be done on:
Date: 27 to 29 April 2016
Time: 09.00 – 15.00 WIB (Break 12.00-13.00 WIB; Friday 11.30-13.00 WIB)
Place: Student Registration Section, Rectorate Building, 1st Floor, Campus C, Universitas Airlangga , Jl. Mulyorejo, Surabaya
There are COUNTERS A, B, C, and D which must be followed by Prospective Students in sequence, as follows.:
COUNTER (A)

Show and Submit the Examination Participant Sign
Show the original
S1 diploma and transcript (for prospective S2 and Professional students)
S2 (for prospective S3 students)
Submit the Registration form along with the completeness that has been filled out correctly and completed:
Photocopy of S1 diploma and transcript for prospective S2 and Professional students that have been legalized 2 sheets
Submit a photocopy of S1 and S2 diploma and transcript for prospective S3 students that have been legalized 2 sheets
Original and 1 photocopy of Health Certificate from a Doctor
Recent color photographs with a red background size 3X4 as many as 4 (four) sheets to be attached to:
Registration Form Form
of Declaration of Willingness to Fulfill and comply with the provisions and regulations and decisions that apply at Universitas Airlangga
Form of Declaration of Freedom from Drugs
Form of Re-registration Evidence (Temporary Student ID Card)
Show the original proof and submit a copy of proof of payment of education fees 2 (two) sheets
Submit a Declaration of Willingness to Fulfill and comply with the provisions and regulations as well as decisions in force at Universitas Airlangga signed on a Rp. 6,000 stamp
Submit a Narcotics Free Statement Letter signed on a Rp. 6,000 stamp

The above provisions are binding for every prospective new student at UNAIR for the 2016/2017 academic year. If a prospective new student cannot fulfill them, then the person concerned will be deemed to have resigned as a new student at UNAIR.
