ABSTRACT


This research is designed for helping e-commerce company for making decisions related their mid-term planning for new product expansion either related with existing watch products or other products that might be easily distributed by packed well and sends by expedition company. This research helps the company's decision making process by running SWOT analysis for electronic products. This research use an holding company and their e-commerce website named Jamtangan.com as its sample and the method use in this research is SWOT Analysis. From this research, the company might use SO competitive strategy for entering the electronic products e-commerce industry, the SO competitive strategy might emphasizes on opportunities penetration offered from electronic products e-commerce industry by accentuating company's strength.
