Business Visit 2018 HIMA EKIS

There are many ways one can do to learn about business. It could be by reading books, watching entrepreneur talk shows from business experts, attending lectures with business courses, business sharing among business experts, and so on. The more factors that support a person to study business, the more knowledge he can get to broaden his horizons. If a person is already rich in business insight and experience, it will be easier for him to start or run his own business and the easier it will be to overcome problems or obstacles that may be encountered in the future.

Business Visit is one of the activities of the Entrepreneurship Division of the Islamic Economics Student Association where all Islamic Economics students make business visits to companies or SMEs to increase knowledge and insight about entrepreneurship and business. We held this business visit to Yogyakarta and this event took place on 9 – 13 April 2018 and visited the Madukismo sugar factory to be able to learn closely about the manufacture of sugar. Then we also visited the Bumi Lngit Institute where we could mingle more closely with nature and could learn how to produce wisely and well according to Islamic law. We got a lot of insight there, apart from learning we could also experience entertainment because we visited several entertainment venues in Yogyakarta.
