AIRLANGGA UNIVERSITY DELEGATION IN CEER'S ESSAY COMPETITION (CEC) 2018 UNIVERSITY JEMBER

CEER'S ESSAY COMPETITION 2018 is an event call document for essays organized by the Economics Study and Research Group, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jember. CEC was held for three days on 9-11 November 2018. The event with the theme “Millennial Generation Innovation in Facing the Industrial Revolution 4.0” has a series of events such as presentations, field trips and outbounds, seminars. The competition is a routine work program organized by the University of Jember Economic Research Study Group (CEER). Airlangga University delegation consisting of Muhammad Ruliszar (Management 2016) and Hilda Rohmawati (Development Economics 2016) entered the top 10 finalists in this competition beating 89 essays from various universities. On November 10, there was a presentation agenda from various delegates, namely the University of Jember, Gajah Mada University, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, Airlangga University, Yogyakarta State University, and Malang State Polytechnic. In this presentation, the delegation from Universitas Airlangga presented their idea, namely Cooperavill.com: The Role of Students in Developing Local MSMEs through Crowdsourcing Concept-Based Applications. The essence of this essay is about applications that can help MSMEs in terms of funding to develop technology to increase MSME productivity. The Airlangga University delegation took part in a series of events that ended with a research seminar on November 11, 2018.
