Future Chartered Accountants Event 2018
Future Chartered Accountans Event 2018 is a series of events held to celebrate Young Indonesian Accountant Day. By holding this event, it facilitates prospective accountants to jointly take the pledge and build history for better accountants. The event was organized by ICAEW, the largest Association of Accountants in the World with certification that is accepted in all countries of the world, with its headquarters in England, making this event very extraordinary. The event was held by competing papers for public presentation, and closing it with a seminar and pledge which was attended by 85 university delegates from all accounting HIMAs in Indonesia, making this event lively. This event which took place over 2 days, namely on 25 and 26 October 2018 at Krida Wacana Christian University provided extraordinary enthusiasm, experience and improvement for me personally and for many people in general. The Krida Wacana Christian University gave a warm welcome, it seemed that the conditions were comfortable and peaceful, this university invited an imam to hold Friday prayers in the hall in an unusual way, they even provided a new mosque carpet for Muslims who wanted to pray.
Telling a series of events in the two days that were held, it would seem very difficult. Valuable experience from each of them. The opportunity to learn and build communication together with other participants, as well as the self-confidence that is trained when presenting and standing in front of many people to convince ideas so that they can be accepted by others are the most valuable souvenirs that I have received.
Another thing, I get my own picture and can reflect on myself from the evaluation that I got when together with other accounting students. Still really have to fight harder to be truly accountants with competencies and expertise above average. And very much must be considered to be able to compete and improve. Time makes us learn, but the choice to study honestly exists in personal self. Hopefully I get it and have the opportunity to be a part that is able to create its history, along with accounting.
