Spiritual Management is needed in the era of RI 4.0
Understanding students that to face the Industrial Revolution 4.0 must be with optimism is the responsibility of educators. Especially in business science education. Humans are created as creatures who are ready to face change, not creatures that are always in a static condition. The brain is a weapon that has been prepared by ALLAH SWT to face the challenges of change, including changes in the economic system, markets, IT etc. This became one of the core material of Dr. Gancar C. Premananto, KPS MM FEB Unair, as a speaker at MM UMS Solo on Saturday 22 December 2018.
Gancar also said that to defeat an enemy who is perceived as stronger and has a competitive advantage, it is not enough to apply modern management.
