Once again, MM FEB Unair makes innovations in its activities. Outbound which has become a routine thing for new students at MM FEB Unair is also given an innovative element but still in accordance with the Learning Outcome.
In this outbound, there are different things, which are not for team building, but for character building. And the character that is built is the character of a Leader. Then the games given are directed to identify the leadership personality possessed by students. Including giving a personality test for students, so that they can identify themselves, including personal types such as whether they are S, K, M or P types.
And interestingly, the new students are trained in archery, aiming the target. This is a form of management activity, namely to achieve goals, depending on skills, tools used, and external factors.
