Re-registration of Airlangga University New Students Accepted Through the National Selection of State Universities (SNMPTN) in 2016

RE-ADMISSION OF NEW STUDENTS OF AIRLANGGA UNIVERSITY THROUGH THE NATIONAL SELECTION TO ENTER STATE HIGHER COLLECTIONS (SNMPTN) IN 2016

It is hereby announced to Airlangga University Undergraduate (S-1) New Student Candidates who were accepted based on the 2016 State University Entrance National Selection Results Announcement (SNMPTN), hereinafter referred to as UNAIR SNMPTN Maba Candidates, that every New Student Prospective must follow the re-registration process which is set as follows:

I. PRE RE-REGISTRATION

1. Prospective freshmen SNMPTN UNAIR are required to fill in completely and correctly Registration Data and Administration Verification (online) and upload scanned files in the form of PDF files:

Diploma/certificate of graduation,
SKHUN / Temporary SKHUN
New student's birth certificate
Certificate from RT/RW containing the following information:
Occupation of Parent/guardian (for prospective new students whose parents/guardians work in the informal sector or do not work)
Total home ownership of parents/guardians
Total ownership of 2 (two) and 4 (four) wheeled vehicles by parents/guardians
Photocopy of KSK (Family Composition Card) of parents/guardians Prospective new students
Photocopy of SPPT PBB house of parents/guardians of prospective new students in the last year
Photocopy of electricity bill payment for the last 2 (two) months at the parent's/guardian's house
Photocopy of STNK and proof of payment of motor vehicle taxes owned by parents/guardians
Photocopy of statement of gross income, occupation and position of parent/guardian from the institution or place of work
Photocopy of Deed of Establishment and SIUP for parents/guardians of prospective new students who are entrepreneurs/entrepreneurs
Photo of the house in front of the parents/guardians of prospective new students whose identification numbers/blocks can be seen

2. The determination of the UKT (Single Tuition Fee) rate is based on data entry of prospective students

3. Prospective SNMPTN UNAIR freshmen will receive information regarding UKT rates after the data entry deadline on 17 May 2016 through the website http://regmaba.unair.ac.id

4. Prospective students print the Registration Data Form, Statement Letter Form Willing to Fulfill and comply with the rules and regulations and decisions that apply at Universitas Airlangga and the Drug Free Declaration Form.

II. SINGLE TUITION PAYMENT (UKT)

The unit cost of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) for the Bachelor (S1) program for Airlangga University students who were accepted through the 2016 SNMPTN can be seen at http://www.ppmb.unair.ac.id/web/site/SNMPTN

Prospective New Students are required to pay a Single Tuition Fee (UKT), according to the results of financial verification on 18 – 24 May 2016

Payments can be made at tellers at all branch offices of Bank Mandiri, BNI, BNI Syariah, BRI, BTN and Mandiri Syariah throughout Indonesia, by stating the 2016 SNMPTN Participant Number. Payments cannot be made by transfer. Specifically, students of the Islamic Economics S1 program are required to pay through the available Islamic Banks

For Making KTM (Student Identity Card) which also functions as an ATM, new students are required to open an account at one of the banks mentioned above at the Airlangga University Branch in accordance with the Bank at the time of Payment of First Tuition Fees (Odd Semester 2016/2017 Academic Year) after re-registration and file verification.

III. DEFINITION TEST AND ENGLISH ABILITY TEST (ELPT)

UNAIR Maba candidates must take a blindness test at Universitas Airlangga Hospital on 25 – 27 and 30 May 2016
Unair freshmen candidates must take an English proficiency test (ELPT) at the Language Center (PUSBA) UNAIR on 26 ,27, 30 May 2016 and 1-2 June 2016
The schedule for the health test and English proficiency test will be given after making the UKT payment and can be seen on the website http://regmaba.unair.ac.id .

IV. RE-REGISTRATION

UNAIR SNMPTN freshmen candidates must re-register themselves as UNAIR new students - they cannot be represented to anyone.
Candidates for SNMPTN UNAIR freshmen must dress neatly (shirts and shoes) and maintain order during the re-registration process.

Completeness of Documents: Bring the 2016 SNMPTN participant card and high school diploma / vocational school / certificate of graduation from school
UNAIR SNMPTN freshmen candidates must carry out file verification according to the schedule on:
Date : 1 -3 June 2016
Time: 08.30 – 16.00 WIB (12.00-13.00 WIB Rest)

Place : Airlangga Convention Center (ACC) Building Lt. 2 Campus C Universitas Airlangga, Jl. Mulyorejo, Surabaya

Return the Registration form and its completeness which has been filled out correctly and is completed with:
Photocopy of high school diploma / vocational / letter Ket. Legalized graduation (2 sheets)
Photocopy of SKHUN legalized (2 sheets)
Photocopy of Birth Certificate / Birth Identification Letter (2 sheets)
Recent color photograph with red background size 3x4 (2 pieces)
Show original evidence and submit a copy of proof of payment of tuition fees. ( 2 sheets )
Submit a Statement of Willingness to Fulfill and comply with the provisions and regulations and decisions applicable at Airlangga University signed on a stamp duty of Rp. 6.000
Submit a Statement Letter of Free Drugs signed on a stamp duty of Rp. 6.000,-
Submit the results of the visual impairment test from the Airlangga University Hospital

V. PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS RECEIVING BIDKMISI 2016 EDUCATION COST ASSISTANCE

2016 UNAIR SNMPTN freshmen who will receive the 2016 Bidikmisi Tuition Fee Assistance, are required to attend:

Day/Date : Wednesday and Thursday, 1 – 2 June 2016
(list of names and schedule please download on the website http://www.kemahasiswaan.unair.ac.id )

Time: 08.00 WIB – Done

Place : Garuda Mukti Room, Lt. 5 UNAIR Campus C Management Offices,
Mulyorejo Surabaya

Event: Explanation of the acceptance of the 2016 Bidikmisi education fee assistance and verification of the Bidikmisi file

Clothing: Free neat (shirt and shoes)

a. 2016 SNMPTN participant card, 2016 Bidikmisi participant card and Bidikmisi registration form

b. Completeness of filling out the Bidikmisi requirements file starting from form 1 to form 9, please download it on the website page http://www.kemahasiswaan.unair.ac.id

c. Prospective freshmen who receive the 2016 Bidikmisi Education Fee Assistance are required to come alone with 1 (one) parent/guardian.

The provisions above are binding on every prospective new student of UNAIR for the 2016/2017 academic year, if the prospective new student cannot fulfill it, then he is considered to have resigned as a new student of UNAIR.
