ABSTRACT

The success of a project is also inseparable from business with the same goals from the parties in it, namely the project owner, implementing contractor, consultant, material supplier. Lack of planning and control of project activities can lead to inefficient forms of activity, resulting in low quality, to the emergence of swelling the costs of implementing activities. The design/design form is the basic reference for project implementation activities, and therefore the implementer makes other supporting references in the form of planning, scheduling work activities. The stages of activities in sheet pile plaster erection work,
starting from making road access to the flow point of the erection and
as an entry point for the erection material. interested in describing the problem of this project using the CPM (Critical Path Method) method. In the implementation of the project the company needs to do a comparison of the implementation schedule, for example with a critical trajectory on the CPM that can be used to consider control of
critical activities. Factors that influence the implementation of the
sheet pile jetty project in this field, for the company can be taken into consideration in determining the same type of project scheduling, as if getting a job from the continuation of the development of this jetty project.
