Evaluation on the administrative staff of the department is carried out twice a year, at the end of the odd and even semesters. There are five sub-sections that are evaluated every semester, namely the academic sub-division, finance sub-division, student sub-division, infrastructure sub-division, and Information System Unit. The five sub-division require evaluation to maintain and improve service quality.

The performance of administrative staff has a positive trend. It is considered good with an average of more than 3 per semester. From all of the sub-divisions, the infrastructure sub-division is the division that is considered to provide the best service. Performance of the administrative staff is assessed based on the ease, speed, and proficiency in services related to the students' needs. In the 2019/2020 transition period, all services for students and lecturers are based online. All information related to learning activities is already using “HEBAT UNAIR” e-learning and the information related to students needs such as administration, it can be accessed using mawa.feb.unair.ac.id.
