On average all students both in undergraduate and graduate level were attending class above the required workload of 35 hours in one semester with an overall mean of 35.15 hours, 36.25 hours, 35.45 hours, and 36.85 hours, respectively. In the Bachelor of Management, the actual student's workload on class activity was relatively equal to the designed hours. Meanwhile, in the postgraduate programme: Master of Management, Master of Science Management and Doctoral in Science Management there was an over workload of 1.25 hours, 0.45 hours, and 1.85 hours, respectively. The data indicates that, on average, undergraduate students experienced 0.43% above the workload threshold. Similarly, Master’s students in Management and Science Management also experienced 3.45% and 1.27% above the workload threshold, respectively. Further, the Doctoral Students experienced 5.02% above the workload threshold.
