Students can describe the comprehensive components of the halal industry ecosystem; Halal Certification; Halal Quality Assurance; Value Chain, describes the economic potential in the development of the halal industry ecosystem in Indonesia, and comprehensively maps the upstream and downstream of each industry in the halal ecosystem in Indonesia, as well as exploring research ideas in the halal ecosystem in Indonesia.

Course content

This course covers: 1) the economic potential of the halal industry on a global and national scale; 2) a comprehensive component of the halal industry ecosystem; 3) Halal Certification; 4) Halal Quality Assurance; and 5) the Halal Value Chain. Students must utilize and explore real data and information in this course and systematically map components in each type of industry in the halal ecosystem.
