Students are expected to explain the importance of human resources as assets in realizing productivity in profit-oriented organizations/institutions; explain the operational functions of Human Recourses and formulate ideas for implementing the operational functions of Human Resources in Islamic standpoint.

Course content

This course assumes that human resources are an investment and a strategic asset for organization development. Recognizing the significance of HR's contribution to organizational productivity outweighs the contribution of other resources. The study of Human Resource Management focuses on recruitment, selection, introduction of employees, placement, and dismissal, career development, compensation, motivation, performance appraisal, quality of work life, performance development, and maintaining working relationships, as well as the company's HR Information System.
