Learning outcomes of the course unit |
Students can formulate and use the tools and basic techniques of business modeling to effectively determine potential business ideas that are a solution to the problems of the community/people and have the potential for profit and sustainability in the form of an executive Summary Report which includes: analysis of industry and market strategies, analysis of marketing strategies, operational strategy analysis, management system and organizational strategy analysis, financial strategy analysis, funding strategy analysis, sharia compliance analysis, and comprehensive risk management analysis. The main output of this course is the Final Report of an integrated Business Plan Proposal which will be implemented in the form of Project Learning Based on Islamic Entrepreneurship & Business |

The Business Planning and Modeling course provides a systematic and comprehensive framework for evaluating a business idea/opportunity or an existing business to be able to develop strategic analysis from various aspects. |
