The Introductory Business Study discusses:

(4)     Managing Effectively, Organizational Structure

(5)     Increasing Productivity and Quality

(6)     Production functions

(7)     Motivating employees, Recruiting, training, and evaluating employees

(8)     Creating and Pricing Products, Distributing Products, Promoting Products

(9)     Accounting and Financial Analysis, Funding, Financial Functions as well as cost accounting.
