Learning outcomes of the course unit |
After completing this course,the students are expected to recognize the benefits of measuring performance in an organization and know the stages that are passed in the process of designing and implementing a performance measurement system. Furthermore, the students are also expected to be able to explain the concept of a balanced score card, especially in relation to performance measurement. As a result,the students are expected to be able to explain the use of performance measurement systems in organizations, including: the process of monitoring performance within the organization and its support in decision making |

Course content |
Performance Measurement Learning discusses about the followings: 1. Introduction Performance measurement is the foundation for strategy implementation 2. Organizing performance and creating a performance measurement system 3. Stage 1 -2: Mapping the Business Structure and building performance priority 4. Stage 3-4: Understand the current measurement system and develop performance indicators 5. The need for a Balanced Scorecard in measuring performance Business 6. Business performance measurement, financial perspective 7. Business performance measurement, customer perspective 8. Business performance measurement, internal business process perspective 9. Business performance measurement, learning and growth perspective 10. Data collection, designing formats and reports 11. Testing and adjusting the measurement system, implementing the measurement system 12. Utilization of performance measurement system |
