  1. Preliminary
  2. Discuss cases on policy and management of working capital.
  3. Discuss the case for long-term investments (Capital budgeting)
  4. Discuss the case of financial structure and capital and capital costs
  5. Discuss the case for dividend policy
  6. Discussing cases of Mergers, consolidations, acquisitions and reorganization and liquidation
  7. Give instructions on how to do journal review and report author
  8. Journal Review of Capital Structure or Financial Leverage
  9. Journal review of dividend policy
  10. Journal Review on Corporate Governance
  11. Journal Review on Mergers, Acquisitions, Consolidation
  12. Journal Review on working capital management
