Management Drill is one of the programs organized by the Knowledge HIMA S1 Management department of Airlangga University in the form of sharing sessions and training on competitive experience with a three-hour implementation period with achievement talks and sharing sessions on the first day followed by mentoring and in-depth discussion of topics on the first day. different customize mentor. The 2023 Management Drill carries the theme "Unlocking the Winning Strategies: Key Tactics to Succeed in Business Competitions". Where the discussion of this year's Management Drill focuses on preparing students to take part in Business plan and Business case competitions at the national and international levels.

This year, Drill Management supports the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which supports sustainable development. The SDGs aspect covered in the 2023 Management Drill is the 4th aspect, namely Quality Education. The Management Drill activity focuses on educational programs for all Airlangga University students without exception. The series of events contained webinars, sharing sessions and assignments. It is hoped that the 4th SDGs aspect will be able to improve the quality of education and skills of all Airlangga University students.
