3P FEB UNAIR HOLDS SOCIAL RETURN ON INVESTMENT (SROI) WORKSHOP

Tuesday, 27 February 2024, the Research & Publication Center of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Airlangga University (3P FEB UNAIR) held a Social Return on Investment (SROI) Workshop which was attended by undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral students. The event was held in the Tirtodiningrat Hall.

In the workshop which took place from 08.30 to 16.00 WIB, participants were invited to understand the concept and application of Social Return on Investment (SROI) in the context of social development. This activity aims to provide a deeper understanding of how to measure and evaluate the social impact of an investment or program.

Mr. Unggul Porwohedi, an expert from Jakarta State University, has been invited to be a speaker and resource person at this event. He presented material regarding the SROI methodology and shared his experience and knowledge in applying this concept in various projects and social initiatives.

The presence of undergraduate, master's and doctoral students in this workshop shows their enthusiasm and seriousness in understanding the concept of social impact evaluation, which is an important key in developing programs that are sustainable and have a positive impact on society.
