Abstract

The influence of job satisfaction on human resources is one of the main factors that affect the success of an organization or company. Where, the level of employee job satisfaction is very important as one of the bases in improving a person's performance and the performance of the company where they work and their level of loyalty to the company. Increasing employee satisfaction will increase the level of loyalty and also the achievement of company goals. This study examines the analysis of the influence of Job Satisfaction on Affective, Normative, and Continuous Organizational Commitment Variables through Self Efficacy as an Intervening Variable. Data were collected on a number of 78 respondents who are permanent employees of the East Consumer Service Division (DCS) Office of PT. Telekominukasi Indonesia, Tbk. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) Job Satisfaction has an insignificant effect on the Affective Organizational Commitment Variable. (2) Job satisfaction has no significant effect on the normative organizational commitment variable. (3) Job satisfaction has an insignificant effect on the continuous organizational commitment variable. (4) Job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on the affective organizational commitment variable through Self Efficacy so that the Self Efficacy variable as an intervening variable is not proven. (5) Job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on the variable of normative organizational commitment through Self Efficacy so that the Self Efficacy variable as an intervening variable is not proven. (6) Job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on the continuous organizational commitment variable through Self Efficacy so that the Self Efficacy variable as an intervening variable is not proven.
