Abstract

Human resources are a driving factor for the company's progress. Without qualified and competent human resources, the company will not progress. Many factors can affect a person's performance, these factors can come from employees and the organizational environment (external). The aim of this study is to determine the effect of managerial skills and organizational culture on the performance of medical employees at Medika Mulia Tuban Hospital with job satisfaction and organizational commitment as an intervening variable. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. the population in this study were medical employees, namely nurses at the Medika Mulia Tuban hospital as many as 86 employees. This research technique uses non-propobability sampling technique with saturated sampling method. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that managerial skills and organizational culture can affect employee performance with job satisfaction and organizational commitment as intervening variables at Medika Mulia Tuban Hospital employees.
