Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine how the influence of non-financial performance measures on managerial performance and to find out how the mediating effect of role clarity between the influence of non-financial performance measures on managerial performance. This research design uses quantitative methods. The data used is primary data with a questionnaire as data collection. The data for this study were obtained from 158 questionnaires distributed to companies located in the Surabaya Industrial Real State (SIER) area. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that non-financial performance measures and role clarity can significantly influence managerial performance, non-financial performance measures can significantly influence role clarity and role clarity can significantly mediate the effect of non-financial performance measures on managerial performance.
