Abstract
Increasingly fierce competition requires companies, especially the banking sector, to fix various things to allow employees to balance their work and non-work activities. Organizations/companies that support it are believed to be able to provide positive results for individuals and organizations (Greenhaus & Kossek, 2014). This study aims to determine the effect of workplace and family support on work-life balance, as well as the mediating role of organizational pride on the relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach, with the data collection method using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is proportional stratified random sampling, with a total sample of 180 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) which is processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. In this study it was found that the effect of workplace and family support on work-life balance was positive and significant. Likewise, the effect of work-life balance on job satisfaction. On the other hand, the mediating effect of organizational pride on the relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction also shows positive and significant results, so that the mediating role of organizational pride in this study is partial mediation.
