Abstract
By looking at the results of the analysis of the entire empirical discussion of this research at Bank X, it can be concluded that: Evaluation of the quality of the process stage in the transaction processing systems at Bank X using the Six Sigma approach shows that the performance results of the Bank Trade system are not good, resulting in outstanding items. Input volume, detailed reports and file usage of the Bank Trade system are the dimensions of the quality of the process stages in Bank X's transaction processing systems, the results of which are not good and require overall quality improvement. Evaluation of the quality of the process stages of transaction processing systems at Bank X using the Six Approach Sigma, Bank Trade system application capability of 3.57 sigma needs to be improved its performance capability with continuous improvement.
