Abstract

TOC is one of the topics of discussion that is in great demand by managers today. Because like other alternatives, TOC is able to prove itself can be used in every type of company in various sizes.

Where TOC tries to assist managers in solving problems with several planned steps, among others: by identifying constraints, then utilizing existing bottlenecks efficiently, then maintaining product flow along the bottleneck, increasing bottleneck capacity and finally making efforts for continuous improvement.

This research was conducted at un. Kartika Bahari, Tuban. Which is engaged in agribusiness. With a medium scale business, or small business. This company produces various marine fish products. With domestic or local marketing areas.

The company is having a problem, which is not being able to meet the incoming demand. However, with the TOC application, the company is able to increase its profit with the existing capacity. And if the company wants to fulfill the demand, then the company can increase the working hours of the machine, by holding overtime.
