LEADERSHIP TRAINING 2020 hosted by HIMA EP

Leadership Training is a work program from the Department of Human Resources, HIMA EP, Universitas Airlangga. This work program aims as a medium of learning and self-development for students who have a leadership spirit so that they always think critically about everything that happens around them. Leadership is the backbone of the development of an organization. So without good leadership, it will be difficult to achieve organizational goals. Good leadership ability is something that every individual must possess, especially a student who is essentially an agent of change. By mastering leadership, someone will become a communicative person and will be better able to come up with brilliant ideas that can change a situation. The “Leadership Training” activity with the theme “Leadership is an Action Not Potition” will be very useful to help students understand the spirit of leadership so that they can become quality individuals.
