MOSIAC UPGRADING 2019: Gluing Brotherhood, Straightening the Path to Realize Da'wah

"Say, "This is my way (religion), I and those who follow me invite to Allah (preaching) with clear evidence. Glory be to Allah, and I am not of the polytheists." (Surah Yusuf: 108)

Da'wah is not something that can be borne alone but must be shared and organized. The long journey of da'wah indicates that there must be a common perception foundation to bring da'wah to run according to the goals that have been set.

MOSIAC (Moslem Students Association of Economics and Business faculty) as a unit of student activity of the faculty in the field of Islamic spirituality, it held upgrading activities for internal MOSAIC itself. The upgrade was carried out on Saturday and Sunday, March 9 and 10, 2019 at the Nuruzzaman Mosque, Airlangga University Campus B and Baiturrozaq Sier Mosque. This activity was carried out to equalize perceptions and strengthen MOSAIC's internal brotherhood in carrying out one year of management. Equalization of perception and closeness of ukhuwah is needed because da'wah cannot run alone, as well as organized crime which is more frightening than unorganized good, so da'wah needs to be organized.

The MOSAIC 2019 upgrade was attended by MOSAIC internal management, and attended by MOSIAC Advisor, Drs. R. Moh Qudsi Fauzi, MM. In this activity, material related to organization and leadership was also discussed to deepen the understanding of MOSAIC's internal management in running the organization in this one management. Father Sulistya Rusgianto as a filler material for the organization conveyed various things about the importance of organized da'wah and shared his experiences as an SKI activist at that time. In addition to organizational material, leadership material is also presented. This material was presented by Adi Bintang Pradana, Mas'ul MOSAIC FEB 2018 who has experience leading MOSAIC for one year in management. Various problems related to SKI are discussed without leaving suggestions for what to do. Interactive discussions were conducted to facilitate understanding and solve problems together.

The material is the main thing, but don't forget to also do Mabit (Malam Bina Iman and Tkwa) and games to get to know each other better in the internal management. Mabit is held at night until dawn on Saturday. Sharing, tadarus, dhikr, tahajjud and dawn are done together by both the brothers themselves and the brothers themselves. In addition, on Sunday afternoons, simple games are held to further strengthen ukhuwah by having fun.

The essence of everything that is carried out in this series of upgrading activities is to straighten intentions, strengthen brotherhood to achieve the same vision in the organization. "It's not Islam that needs humans, but humans who need Islam"
