Activity Upgrade This is an activity held for all MOSAIC administrators, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga for the period 2018. In the series of events there are introductory sessions between administrators, leadership materials and fun games that aim to build teamwork, enthusiasm, and foster a sense of brotherhood and foster trust. between all MOSAIC FEB UNAIR management 2018. Team work is the ability to work together towards a common vision, the ability to direct individual achievements towards organizational goals (Carnegie, Andrew).

Alhamdulillahirobbil 'naturally, this activity has been carried out on March 16-17 2018 at the Darussalam Lawang Islamic Boarding School, Malang. In this activity, upgrading participants also received training and spiritual guidance to be able to strengthen aqidah, morals, and tsaqofah as well as understand, understand and be able to carry out the duties and obligations that have been mandated to them during the management period without any obstacles.
