National Business Case Competition 2021

The National Business Case Competition (NBCC) is a business case solving competition in a corporate environment aimed at students from all over Indonesia. This competition aims as a means of conveying new ideas or ideas in solving business cases from a student's point of view. NBCC is also part of the 4 sub-events of Expo 2021 Management.

NBCC 2021 carries the theme "Optimizing The Role of Digital Transformation for Businesses in a Disruptive Era". The widespread use of digital platforms has become a momentum to accelerate digital transformation during the COVID-19 pandemic. This encourages business people to optimize the role of digital transformation in their business operations. In realizing this, business people are required to utilize the technology that best suits their needs so that each series of business processes can run according to the goals set. By carrying out this theme, we hope that holding this event can foster student innovation and creativity in solving business problems in the digital transformation era.

NBCC 2021 registration opens July 18 - September 16 2021. Registration is free of charge. NBCC consists of three stages, namely the preliminary stage, semifinal stage, and final stage. At each stage, participants will be given a business case and make a solution from the given case. Participants who have registered will take part in the preliminary stage and make case solutions in the form of essays. Then, participants who pass will take part in the semifinal stage and make case solutions in the form of paper and video. In the semifinal stage, participants will be charged a fee of IDR 125.000,00. The 6 best teams from the semifinal stage will qualify for the final stage. In the final stage, each participant was asked to present their answers and recommendations from the case that was given in the semifinal stage. Participants will also attend a guest lecture which will be attended by a resource person from a company. After participating in the guest lecture, participants will receive an additional mini case with the duration of work determined by the committee. Out of the 6 teams, there will be 1st Place, 2nd Place, 3rd Place, 1st Hope, 2nd Hope, and 3rd Hope.
