Workshop "Preparation for your future challenges"

Workshop is an event where several people gather to solve certain problems and find solutions, this activity is held because there are so many students in the management department of Universitas Airlangga who are confused about what to do after graduating from college and are also confused about the relevance of the department to work goals, objectives. The aim of this activity is to give new views to Airlangga University Management Students so that they get new views on what to do after graduating from college.

This year's Workshop entitled "Preparation For Your Future Challenges" will discuss the following three materials;

What's Next After Your Bachelor Degree?
Building a successful career and What about Career in the oil & energy industry.

The first material will be filled by: Mr. Imron Hamzah, he now serves as Chief executive officer at a company called Anterin, this company focuses on transportation and online delivery.

The second material will be filled by: Mr. Hudi D Suryodipuro, he now serves as Head of Human Resources Division at SKK Migas. He is also skilled in Performance Improvement, Career Development, HR Consulting, Deferred Compensation and Executive Search. He holds a Master of Science degree focusing on Organizational Development from Pepperdine University.

The third material will be filled by: Pauline Ciuputri, she is a student majoring in public health, Pauline is a student who is active in organizations and Pauline is also very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the international world.

This event will discuss what preparations are needed to enter the world of work and In each material will be divided into two sessions, namely one material session for 60 minutes and one discussion session for 30 minutes.
