International Summer Business Program 2019

The 2019 International Summer Business Program is a summer school activity held by Daffodil International University in Bangladesh. This program was attended by one of the students of the Airlangga University Management S1 Study Program, Soraya Kamila Humaira batch 2016. This program itself offers a class themed Social Business for Sustainable Development which will introduce and provide a deeper introduction to Social Business. This program will teach how to identify social problems and create solutions while building an entrepreneurial spirit. Accredited academics as well as directors of social business companies will lead classes so that participants can learn from their life experiences firsthand. This is an opportunity to network with well-known companies and activists in the field of social business.

Daffodil International University itself is one of the first universities engaged in social business since its inception. Yunus Social Business Center at Daffodil International University has created many resources on social business that can be developed by students and will have a positive impact on society. The 2019 International Summer Business Program itself will last for 10 days. Starting from July 12, 2019 to July 22, 2019. It is hoped that by participating in this activity, the relevant delegates will be able to create their own social business by gathering support from shareholders and the business idea can be realized and add leadership skills to solve social problems through a social entrepreneurship perspective.
