The Student Delegation Training and Assistance Program or better known as P3DM is one of 9 work programs carried out by the Scientific Division of the Airlangga University Student Association. This work program aims to regenerate Islamic Economics Students in terms of competitions in the academic field such as the Olympics, this intends to realize one of the 3 values instilled by the Islamic Economics Student Association, namely Pride.
The student delegation training and mentoring program (P3DM) was carried out several months before event The competition was carried out, this was intended so that the Delegation of Islamic Economics Students of Airlangga University had thorough preparation and could make the name of Islamic Economics Airlangga University proud, both at the national and international levels. This work program is carried out around the environment of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga.
The Student Delegation Training and Assistance Program (P3DM) has several stages. The first stage of the Scientific Division will hold a open recruitment delegates in a competition event for Islamic Economics Students Universitas Airlangga. The next stage, the Scientific Division, will select students who register to become Contest Delegates, the selection stage is carried out by doing several questions that have been provided by the Scientific Division, this stage also aims to get delegates who have qualified abilities and are considered entitled to represent Islamic Economics at Airlangga University. The next stage and the last stage in this program is the mentoring stage, at this stage the delegates who have been selected will be met by the scientific division with a tutor or mentor who has mastered the materials for the Olympics. After undergoing the mentoring stage, the participants of the delegation competition from the Airlangga University Islamic Economics Student Association are ready to depart and are ready to make the name of Islamic Economics proud.
The success of this work program can be seen in the Regional Scientific Meeting (TEMILREG) competition held at IAIN Tulung Agung and the National Scientific Meeting held at UIN North Sumatra, where the delegation of the Islamic Economics Student Association was able to win 3rd place in the Olympics at the Temilreg event and 1st place at the Olympics in the Medang. National Team.
